Newsletter signup
When you submit a signup form with the newsletter checkbox selected, your email address, signup source, consent time, and consent-text version are sent to Resend. A dedicated segment and topic identify LearnBizFree subscribers. Signup uses a single opt-in form; it does not verify ownership of the submitted address.
We use those records to administer the newsletter and honor preferences. We do not sell the signup list. You can unsubscribe using the link in a newsletter. Global unsubscribe preferences are preserved when an address already exists in the email service.
Local task lists and calculators
Task completion is stored in your browser’s local storage under a LearnBizFree-specific key. It does not sync across devices or create an account. Clear site storage to delete it. Calculator inputs stay in your browser and are not submitted to our server.
Downloads and technical data
After a successful resource signup, the server sets a signed, essential download cookie. It contains the resource identifier and an expiration time, not your email address. It expires after one day. The server checks it before providing a resource.
Our hosting provider processes technical request data to serve and protect the site. Signup requests use a hashed network identifier for a short per-instance abuse check. We do not log signup email addresses in application error messages.
Analytics
When enabled, Vercel Web Analytics measures aggregate site usage. It is separate from the analytics of any recommended service. See Vercel’s analytics privacy documentation. We do not send calculator inputs or signup email addresses to analytics.
External services and referral links
External sites have their own privacy policies. Links to the operator’s website service include campaign tags identifying LearnBizFree as the referral source. Those tags do not contain your email address.
Retention and requests
Newsletter consent records are retained while needed to administer subscriptions and document preferences. Unsubscribed records may be retained to prevent unwanted future mail. To request access, correction, or deletion, contact the site operator using the email contact shown on its service page. State that the request concerns LearnBizFree; you do not need to submit a website application.
Privacy rights and obligations depend on your location. We will review requests under applicable requirements. This policy may be updated as the site’s features change.
